Key principle: We process your photos in real-time for analysis and immediately delete them. We do not store any facial images, analysis results, or personal information on our servers.

What Data We Do NOT Collect or Store

To be absolutely clear, we do NOT collect, process, or store:

• ❌ Facial photographs - Images are processed in real-time and immediately deleted
• ❌ Analysis results - Results are displayed to you but not saved on our servers
• ❌ Names or email addresses - We don't ask for or store any personal identifiers
• ❌ Location data - We don't track where you are
• ❌ Device identifiers - We don't track your device
• ❌ Usage analytics - We don't monitor how you use the app
• ❌ User accounts or profiles - No registration or login required
• ❌ Any personally identifiable information (PII)

Face Data Collection and Use

What We Temporarily Process (Not Store)

When you use Skin Analyzer, you can voluntarily submit facial photographs for skin analysis purposes. We collect only the images you explicitly select for analysis. These images are:

• Processed in real-time (typically less than 30 seconds)
• Never saved to disk or database
• Held only in temporary server memory during processing
• Immediately and permanently deleted after analysis

How We Use Face Data

Your facial images are used exclusively for:

• Real-time skin condition analysis (acne, wrinkles, pigmentation, texture, pores, etc.)
• Generating your personalized skin health score
• Providing tailored skincare recommendations

Face data is NEVER used for:

• Facial recognition or identity verification
• Building databases or user profiles
• Marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes
• Training AI models
• Sharing with advertisers or data brokers
• Any purpose unrelated to your immediate skin analysis request

How We Process Your Photos

To provide skin analysis, photos are processed on our secure backend servers using AI technology. The process:

• Your photo is securely transmitted to our backend infrastructure
• Our servers analyze the image in real-time
• Analysis results are returned to you immediately
• Images are deleted immediately after processing

Data Retention

• Facial photographs: NOT STORED. Processed in real-time and immediately deleted (typically within 30 seconds).
• Analysis results: NOT STORED. Displayed in real-time only.
• Personal information: NOT COLLECTED.
• Usage logs: NOT STORED.

Security

• Images exist in server memory only during processing (never written to disk)
• All transmissions are encrypted using TLS/SSL
• We cannot access historical data because we don't store it

Local Device Storage

If you save analysis results locally on your device:

• Data stays only on your device
• Not transmitted to our servers
• You can delete it anytime

Payments

Payments are handled by Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Your Privacy Rights

Since we don't store any data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete from our servers. Your privacy is protected by design.

International Data Transfer

Photos are temporarily processed on servers during analysis. All data is immediately deleted after processing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
